Do the best work of your career.
We are a senior team shipping production AI for real businesses. No layers, no hand-offs — you own your work end to end.
What We Stand For
Quitos AI is a product-led AI company incorporated in Wyoming, USA, with an engineering and delivery hub in Accra, Ghana. We build our products in-house rather than wrapping someone else's model and calling it a company. Three things define how we work.
Verifiable over plausible
Most AI products optimise for sounding right. We build systems that can show their work — answers that cite their sources or decline to answer, logic that behaves the same way every time you run it. When the confident-sounding answer and the checkable answer diverge, we ship the checkable one.
Built, not assembled
Our core engineering is ours. That means we can change how the thing actually works instead of waiting on a vendor’s roadmap, and it means we can tell you honestly what our products do and do not do.
Claims that hold up
Every public claim we make has to be backed by evidence at a defined standard before it goes out. We maintain an internal claims register, and our CTO can and does block marketing assets that fail it. You will not be asked to invent a benchmark, borrow a competitor’s framing, or announce a feature we have not built.
Who We Stand For
People who have to be right
Researchers and graduate students whose work is judged on whether their sources check out. Analysts and engineers who cannot afford an answer that is merely confident.
Teams who need to own their stack
Engineering organisations working with sensitive documents, tight latency budgets, or infrastructure they need to run themselves rather than hand to a third party.
Operators who need decisions to be consistent
People turning policy and judgement into systems that must behave the same way on Friday afternoon as they did on Monday morning.
The common thread: our users are accountable to someone for being correct. That shapes what we build and how we are willing to talk about it.

You will own marketing end to end. There is no existing marketing team, no agency, and no inherited playbook you are expected to defend. You will set the positioning, build the engine, and be accountable for what it produces.
What you'll own
- Own positioning and messaging across a portfolio serving genuinely different buyers — academic, technical, and operational. Deciding which of these we go hard at, and in what order, is part of the job.
- Build the content engine. Technical, credible writing for a developer audience; a different register entirely for our academic users. You will write, commission, and edit.
- Run demand generation — organic, paid, partnerships, community. You choose the mix and defend it with numbers.
- Lead product launches, including bringing an existing product to market that we have not yet actively promoted.
- Report on what worked. We would rather hear a clear account of a failed channel than a dashboard that flatters everyone.
What you'll bring
- 4+ years in marketing for B2B SaaS, developer tools, or technical products, with at least one stretch owning a function rather than a channel.
- Demonstrably strong writing. We will ask for work you wrote yourself, not campaigns you supervised.
- Comfort with technical subject matter — you should be able to read our documentation, understand what our products actually do, and explain it to a sceptical engineer without hand-waving.
- Hands-on execution. At this stage you are the person doing the work.
- Evidence of running experiments and killing what did not work.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to academic institutions or to developers.
- Community building or developer-relations background.
- Product-led growth experience — free tiers, self-serve funnels, activation.
What we offer
- A defined salary plus meaningful equity — you own a piece of what you help build.
- Full ownership of the function, reporting directly to the CEO.
- Real products already in the market, not a pitch deck.
- A team that will tell you the truth about how things are going.
This role is fully remote. Our team works across multiple time zones, so we ask for a few hours of reliable daily overlap — in practice that means an earlier start rather than a restructured day.
How to apply
Apply with the form below. Attach your CV, and use the cover note to link two writing samples you wrote yourself and to answer one question in no more than 300 words. We read these — a thoughtful answer matters more than a long CV.
"Tell us about a product you marketed where you could not overclaim — where the technical reality set hard limits on the story. What did you do with that?"
